Hong Hyun-seok plays 88 minutes of Belgian professional soccer…

South Korean midfielder Hong Hyun-seok, who plays for KAA Gent in the Belgian professional soccer league, played 88 minutes to help his team win 3-1.

Ghent won 3-1 away to Sporting Charleroi in the 13th round of the 2023-2024 Belgian professional soccer Jupiler League at the Stade de Charleroi in Charleroi, Belgium, on Tuesday (June 6).

Hong Hyun-seok, who started the match, was substituted in the 43rd minute and did not register an offensive point.

Meanwhile, Jung Woo-young, who plays for Stuttgart in the German professional soccer league, started the match against FC Heidenheim in Heidenheim, Germany, but was unable to prevent his team from losing 0-2.

Jung was substituted in the 26th minute with his team trailing 0-1 as Stuttgart conceded two late goals to 13th-place Heidenheim (3W, 1D, 6L).

With seven wins, three losses and 21 points, Stuttgart is third in the league. They are seven points behind league leader Leverkusen (9 W, 1 D, 28 P).
