Busan IPark held an inauguration ceremony for its 25th head coach, Cho Sung-hwan.
Busan held the inauguration ceremony in the clubhouse on Tuesday afternoon (Feb. 16) with the players, coaching and support staff, and secretariat staff gathered.
First, CEO Kim Byung-seok gave a congratulatory speech and delivered a jersey and muffler to the newly appointed coach, while captain Lee Hando presented a bouquet of flowers and 토토 congratulated him.

In his inaugural speech, Coach Cho Sung-hwan, who met with the team for the first time since his appointment, emphasized the team’s strong will to win promotion to the first division and the team’s spirit. First, he mentioned his four philosophies for managing the team. The four philosophies are “One Team,” which involves sacrifice, consideration, and respect, “Basics” in all areas, “Communication” to create energy together on the pitch, and “Competition” to be more professional than K League 1 players.
He also emphasized the principles on the training ground and on the field. He ordered the players to implement these principles, such as concentration, adaptability, communication, and a culture of encouragement and support, based on the right attitude and attitude, to produce good results on the field.
After the inauguration ceremony, Coach Cho Sung-hwan immediately held his first training session with the players in the rainy weather.
Meanwhile, Cho Sung-hwan is scheduled to play his first match as Busan’s head coach on Saturday, June 20, against Jeonnam Dragons in the 23rd round of the K League 2.
